Your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you recognize the value of ours as well.

Please be aware that significant time and preparation go into each session by your clinician. Unfortunately, when a session is canceled on short notice, it is often too late to fill the spot, even though another client may be in need of that time.

To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that clients either reschedule, opt for a telehealth appointment, or cancel at least two business days before the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To notify us of a change to your appointment, please email or call 0401 741 170. You can also cancel/reschedule the appointment in the booking confirmation email, simply click on the link.

We understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control; if you think you require special consideration please contact us or speak to your psychologist.

Where applicable this cancellation fee will be automatically debited from your nominated credit or debit card on the day of the cancellation.
